Ice Cream Station partners with Set Free to end child slavery

July 14, 2022

Set Free, a global nonprofit organization based in Greenville, SC, is excited to share a refreshing new way to support their humanitarian work around the world. During the month of July, you can donate to Set Free’s cause by simply treating yourself to frozen treats from the Ice Cream Station in Simpsonville.

Participating is simple: All you have to do is make a purchase from the Ice Cream Station. There’s no need to opt-in. The Ice Cream Station owners will automatically donate a meal for a child rescued from slavery through Set Free from every sale from now through July 31st.

Located at 125 S. Main Street in the heart of Simpsonville, the Ice Cream Station is known for its delicious sundaes and dole whips. They also offer incredible coffees and classic malted milkshakes. There’s truly something for everyone!

“We are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to work with community partners like the Ice Cream Station,” said Set Free CEO, Sarah Kelley. “With their generous donations, they are helping us accomplish our mission to provide freedom in Liberia, Sierra Leone, and India. Together, we’re shining the light of God’s love in some of the darkest regions of the globe.”
