ICS Roofing announces new Columbia headquarters

More than 30 Years in Business, Family-owned, veteran-owned, International Construction Services Opens New Headquarters in Columbia

International Construction Services, Inc., also known as ICS Roofing, has officially opened its new headquarters in Columbia, South Carolina, marking a significant milestone for the family-owned and veteran-owned company founded in 1995.

Founded by Milton and Marcella Posada, International Construction Services began with a vision to build a company centered on quality workmanship, strong relationships and doing right by the people it serves. More than three decades later, that vision has grown into an operation serving homeowners, builders and communities throughout South Carolina, North Carolina and Georgia.

The new Columbia headquarters represents the latest chapter in that journey and provides a long-term home for the company’s growing team and operations.

“This building represents much more than a new office for our family,” said Fernando Posada, VP of International Construction Services. “It represents the years of hard work, the people who believed in us, our employees who helped us grow and the customers and partners who trusted us along the way. We are thankful for how far we have come and excited about what is still ahead.”

Today, the second generation of the Posada family is actively involved in the company’s leadership, including Vice Presidents Fernando Posada and Miguel Posada, as International Construction Services continues building upon the foundation established by its founders.

The company recently celebrated the new headquarters with its team and family, recognizing both the milestone itself and the people who helped make it possible.

For ICS Roofing, the move also represents a continued commitment to Columbia and the Midlands. While the company has expanded its reach throughout the Carolinas and Georgia, Columbia remains home.

International Construction Services provides residential roofing services including new construction, roof replacements and repairs, along with metal roofing and stone masonry services. The company’s guiding values of Integrity, Consistency and Satisfaction continue to shape its approach to customers, partners and the communities it serves.

As ICS enters this next chapter, the new headquarters serves as both a reflection of where the company has been and an investment in where it is going.
