Immedion promotes Andrew Bozzelli to Site Opperations Engineer

Immedion LLC, a premiere provider of Cloud, data center and managed IT services, is pleased to announce the promotion of Andrew Bozzelli to Site Operations Engineer. In his new role, Andrew will be responsible for providing the installation, management and on-site support of Immedion’s mission critical suite of colocation and managed services.
Andrew previously served as a Support Associate for the Network Operations Center (NOC) team at Immedion’s Charleston, SC location. In a prior role, he was a Technical Support Representative at Comcast. During his tenure with Immedion, Andrew has demonstrated strong technical proficiency and dedication to providing excellent customer support. To compliment his experience, Andrew recently acquired Cisco CCNA and Cisco CCNA Security Certifications. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Western Governors University.
