IMS Solutions Group promotes Edward MacMillan to Senior Director of Support Services

IMS Solutions Group, a premiere provider of managed IT services, announced the promotion of Edward MacMillan to Senior Director of Support Services. In this role, Edward will lead IMS Solutions Group’s support teams to provide exceptional service delivery and technical support.

Data center and cloud provider Immedion launched IMS Solutions Group, its managed services division, earlier this year. Edward joined Immedion in 2015 as Director of Customer Services to lead their 24/7/365 Network Operations Center (NOC) support team. Throughout his tenure with the company, Edward demonstrated his commitment to providing customer service excellence. Prior to Immedion, Edward served as the Manager of Charter Business Sales Operations, where he provided enterprise-wide Sales Support Account Coordination.
