Indoor services are now available at all 13 Richland Library locations

Richland Library is announcing the expansion of indoor services across our library system.

Limited indoor computer use and browsing are now available 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. and 2 – 6 p.m., Monday – Saturday at all 13 of our locations.

-For limited indoor computer use, customers can access the equipment with printing capabilities for one hour on a first-come, first-served basis. Appointments are not required.

-For limited indoor browsing, customers can peruse popular titles for all ages in designated areas of the building and utilize our mobile self-checkout.

In addition, we’re piloting new indoor services at our Main location (1431 Assembly Street) to offer:

  • Browsing on First, Second and Third Levels
  • Computer use on Second and Third Levels
  • Reopening of the Walker Local and Family History Center
  • Individual use of four meeting rooms on a first-come, first-served basis

The library continues to provide other select services from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. and 2 – 6 p.m., Monday – Saturday at all 13 of our locations and implement safety protocols, such as face masks and social distancing, under guidelines and recommendations of government and health officials.
