Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of 108 Twenty Nine Court in Williamston, South Carolina.
Horne Brothers Communications purchased the 12,000 square foot industrial building from McCoy Wright for $540,000 and will utilize the building for a new storage and distribution facility for their company.
Laura Harmon and Kyle Berdugo of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the purchaser.
