Introduction to Adaptive Golf with Laurens County Special Needs Board

On April 14, 2021 Upstate-Carolina Adaptive Golf & Adaptive Golf Academy hosted an Adaptive Golf Coach training with Laurens County Disability and Special Needs Board.

We had a great time introducing adaptive golf to 30 members of staff and introducing golf to 9 new participants in Laurens County. Click here to see the video highlights of the event.

Upstate-Carolina Adaptive Golf & Adaptive Golf Academy are looking for help to raise capital and in-kind contributions to provide adaptive equipment for participants in the Laurens county community. Your financial support or in-kind contributions will empower others to experience the health benefits golf has to offer. Any contribution will go a long way in enhancing lives the lives of those with disabilities.

In-Kind donations The Laurens County Disabilities and Special Needs Board needed include:
-Golf Clubs (Adult & Jr) or SNAG equipment
-Lightweight adult & junior carry bags (must have back-pack straps)
-Various teaching/training aids
-Golf balls
-Cones of various colors and sizes
-Alignment sticks (orange driveway reflector sticks)
-Hula hoops
-Pool noodles
