Jack Pringle joins Nelson Mullins’ Columbia office

Longtime Columbia-area lawyer Jack Pringle, CIPP-US, has joined Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP at the firm’s main office in Columbia. Pringle is an accomplished legal professional with more than 25 years’ experience as a practicing lawyer and will focus his practice on information privacy and technology law.

Pringle joins Nelson Mullins after a decade with another Columbia-area firm and will join the firm as a partner. He has a wide range of experience in his legal practice. He has counseled clients in privacy, information security, and information governance; administrative and regulatory law, including public utilities and other regulatory compliance matters and disputes; and appellate advocacy. He has also counseled clients in zoning and land-use matters, and more.

A graduate of Washington and Lee University and the University of South Carolina School of Law, Pringle has earned an Information Privacy Professional designation (CIPP-US) from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
