James Island Connector bicycle safety analysis

CHARLESTON, SC — The City of Charleston Department of Traffic and Transportation along with Stantec Consulting completed a safety analysis of the James Island Connector for the purpose of studying potential bicycle accommodations. The draft study can be viewed on the Traffic and Transportation page of the City of Charleston website (http://www.charleston-sc.gov/index.aspx?NID=1370).

Public comments on the study may be provided to the City of Charleston until December 2, 2015 by e-mailing [email protected]or sending a letter to City of Charleston Traffic and Transportation, 180 Lockwood Drive Charleston, SC 29403. A public hearing will be set at a later date to accept additional public comments. Responses to questions received by e-mail or letter will be provided during the public hearing.
