Jane DO expands to second Charleston location in South Windemere Center

NAI Charleston announced the lease of approximately 1,504 square feet of retail space at South Windermere Center, 70 Folly Road(opens in new tab) in Charleston, South Carolina, to Jane DO Charleston, a boutique fitness studio offering step, sculpt, trampoline and dance classes.
GiGi Gilden and David E. Grubbs of NAI Charleston represented the tenant, Jane DO Charleston, in the transaction. Mark Mizell of Birchin Lane Realty represented the landlord, South Windermere Associates, a Limited Partnership.
Located on the second floor of South Windermere Center, the new studio will mark Jane DO’s second Charleston-area location, expanding the fitness concept’s presence in the market. Upfit of the space is currently underway, with an opening date to be announced.
