Before entering residential real estate, Olson worked in property management with both long-term and short-term rentals, including luxury beachfront vacation properties along Florida’s Emerald Coast. That experience gave him insight into investment properties, second homes, vacation rentals, and the importance of responsive, detail-oriented service.
Olson’s approach is also shaped by his own experience living in communities across the country, including North Carolina, California, Virginia, Florida, New Hampshire, Oregon, and now South Carolina.
