JDPR Announces Summer 2014 Interns

GREENVILLE, SCJeff Dezen Public Relations (JDPRhas engaged three interns for the company’s summer Executive Management Assistance Program (EMAP) positions. Alex Buchart, Samantha Hunter and William Einstein will join the JDPR team for the first time.  During the three-month program, they will gain insight into the professional field of public relations and develop a strong definition of the benefits and impacts great PR and communication can have on the growth and sustainability of a company or business.

As a rising senior at The University of Alabama, Einstein is working towards a bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a specialization in Sales. His prior experience includes serving as campus ambassador for Good Ole Boys apparel.

Buchart is a rising senior at Furman University majoring in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. She serves as a campus ambassador for Southern Fried Cotton and a member of the Furman University Student Activities Board.

Hunter will complete her degree in Journalism and Mass Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations at the University of South Carolina this December. She recently completed an internship with The South Carolina Small Business Chamber of Commerce working as a press secretary. She has also worked as a page for the South Carolina House of Representatives throughout her undergraduate career.
