Jenkins honors First Federal for jazz fundraiser

CHARLESTON, SC – December 30, 2010 – First Federal was recently recognized for organizing Jazz for Jenkins, an event that has raised nearly $10,000 for Jenkins Orphanage.
The bank was among donors being thanked at the Jenkins Orphanage annual donor appreciation banquet Dec. 1 at the International Longshoremen Association on Morrison Drive.
First Federal sponsors the annual jazz event with partners Magnolia Gardens, WCSC- TV 5 and Piggly Wiggly. This year’s event resulted in nearly $6,000 for Jenkins Orphanage.
