Jennifer Moorefield of Greenville Technical College appointed to Greenville County Workforce Development Board

Jennifer Moorefield, associate vice president for Corporate and Continuing Education (CCE) at Greenville Technical College, has been appointed to serve on the Greenville County Workforce Development Board as a representative for education and training, on the board’s executive committee, and as chairperson of the board’s SC Works Committee.

Moorefield is responsible for Greenville Technical College’s CCE division, its day-to-day operations, and corporate training, and has served as associate vice president since 2018. An expert in organizational effectiveness and change management with over 30 years of experience providing coaching, facilitation, training, and leadership services to business and industry, Moorefield was previously a principal at Triad Consulting and the senior director of human resources for Dynegy. She earned an undergraduate and master’s degree from Winthrop University.

The Greenville County Workforce Development Board’s mission is to create and oversee public policy that drives a challenging workforce development environment and rewards customers by focusing on career development and full employment. This mission aligns closely with Greenville Technical College’s mission of transforming lives through education, and the board has been a strong partner for the college over many years.
