Jersey Mike’s Subs to open new location on Johns Island

NAI Charleston and the developers of Maybank Commons are pleased to announce Jersey Mike’s Subs will be opening a new location within the upcoming Johns Island retail project. Maybank Commons, located at 2831 Maybank Highway, has a planned Fall Q3 delivery with space still available for lease.

Will Sherrod, CCIM and David Grubbs, SIOR represented Maybank Commons, and Jeff Yurfest of The Shopping Center Group (TSCG) represented the tenant.
