Jim Frazier joins CBRE in Charleston

CBRE announced that Jim Frazier has joined as a Researcher with the Southeast Research team based in the Charleston office. Jim will be responsible for tracking South Carolina’s commercial real estate market analysis including Greenville-Spartanburg, Columbia and Charleston markets as part of the South Carolina’s Research team.

“We are excited to expand our team’s research capacity with the addition of Jim,” said CBRE Research Manager Brian Reed. “He brings an expertise in detailed-oriented market tracking and a nuanced understanding of the needs and value of research to sophisticated internal and external clients.”

CBRE tracks over 400 million sq. ft. of commercial real estate South Carolina and facilitates the research needs of our clients, who conducted over $500 million in transaction activity in 2015.

Prior to joining CBRE, Jim was responsible for the facilitation of research for CoStar in the Carolinas and Kansas City markets. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of North Carolina with a minor in Entrepreneurship.
