Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty announces top producers and achievements for June

July 13, 2021

Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty has announced that Nick Van Gorp and Grace Herlong Loveless were the top buyer agents for the month of June, and that Loveless and Charee McConchie sold the most volume in listings.

Loveless is a Greenville native, and attended elementary, middle, high school and college in the city. However, she spent much of her post-graduation life moving around the Southeast, as she moved to Charlottesville and then Atlanta, and traveled on behalf of her former place of employment, BMW. Loveless moved back to Greenville in 2017 after the birth of her daughter and joined Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty. In her first year, she was named Rookie of the Year, and has since become a member of the President’s Circle for selling more than $5 million in total volume.

McConchee is a third generation Greenville native, but spent time living in Washington D.C. and the Raleigh-Durham area. She returned to Greenville over ten years ago, and has been a multi-million dollar producer since she began working in real estate. In 2020, McConchee was named to the Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty President’s Circle.

Von Gorp graduated from Indiana University and worked as a Mergers and Acquisitions Management Consultant before starting his work in real estate. He joined Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty in late 2020, after spending three years working for Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty in Chicago.

Beyond the accomplishments of individual agents, Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty as a whole made great strides in their second quarter with 125 transactions closed for a total volume of $62,570,935. This is a 77% increase from the total volume in the second quarter of 2020, and a 58% increase in the total number of units sold.

“We’re so proud of the accomplishments made by our realtors this month,” said Joan Herlong, and CEO of Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty. “Grace, Charee, and Nick all did excellent work in the month of June, and all of the realtors worked hard to make this second quarter an incredibly strong one.”
