Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty has honored its top Associates for September.
In the Greenville office, the top agents for listings sold were Patrick Furman and Beth Nichols, and the top agents for buyer client transactions were Furman and Christy Ross. In the Clemson office, the top agents for listings sold were Amy Hammond and Lisa Vogel, and the top agent for buyer client transactions was David Vandeputte.
A New York native, Furman spent fifteen years working in the title sector of real estate and owned a regional title search and property research company for the last eight of those years. Furman is also a part of the Furman Group. He has been a member of the President’s Circle for the past three years, which is of Associates who did more than $5 million in annual volume
Nichols joined Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty in 2016 and began her career in the real estate business three years prior to that. In 2021, she earned a Skyrocket Award and became a member of the President’s Circle.
A valued member of Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty since April 2018, Ross comes from a “long line of negotiators” as many of her family members have worked in real estate. Ross brings expert knowledge of the Greenville and Spartanburg markets to her clients.
Hammond earned her Real Estate Broker license from the Wyatt Institute of Real Estate in 1996. In 2020, she became a member of the Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty President’s Circle. In 2021, Hammond was the top producer company-wide, Most Valuable Associate of the Clemson office, became a member of the Chairman’s Circle for doing more than $10 million in sales volume, and received a Skyrocket Award.
Before Vogel joined Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty, she was one of the top 5% of agents at different brokerages and a member of the firm’s President’s Circle Society. Prior to that, she was the Broker-in-Charge for one of the largest North Carolina real estate companies. In 2022, she was the top producer in the Clemson/Lakes office and earned Chairman’s Circle status.
Starting with Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty in 2021, Vandeputte earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration, and then earned his master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Detroit. Before moving into real estate, he worked in IT for Compuware and for ten years, owned and managed his own retail golf shop, Motor City Golf. He earned a Skyrocket Award and President’s Circle Award in 2022.
