Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty has honored its top associates for October.
In the Clemson office, the top-selling agent was Lisa Vogel and the top listing agents were Lisa Vogel and Amy Hammond. In the Greenville office, Alexis Furman and Caroline Turpin were the top listing agents, and Matt Nocks and Matt Crider were the top-selling agents.
Before joining Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty, Vogel had been in the top 5% of agents at another top brokerage and a member of that firm’s International President’s Circle Society. Before that, she had been the Broker-in-Charge for one of North Carolina’s largest real estate companies. In 2021, she was named to Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty’s President’s Circle for doing more than $5 million in sales.
Hammond earned her Real Estate Broker License from the Wyatt Institute of Real Estate in 1996. She has been part of Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty since 2019. In 2021, she was named MVP of the Clemson office while also being a member of the President’s Circle.
A Greenville native, Furman earned a bachelor’s degree from Clemson and went on to earn her master’s degree in liberal arts and history. She joined Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty in 2016 and was a Chairman’s Circle member in 2020 and 2021.
Turpin earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology and another bachelor’s degree in religious studies from the College of Charleston. After college, she grew interested in real estate and began to take on increasing roles within Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty. In 2020, she led the company in incoming referrals and was a President’s Circle member in 2021.
Nocks earned a bachelor’s degree in business from Mars Hill University before attending Furman University to earn another degree in health and exercise science education. Nocks has taught elementary Physical Education since 2007 and joined Joan Herlong & Associates Sotheby’s International Realty in 2019. In 2020, he became a member of the President’s Circle and received the Most Improved Award. He repeated as a President’s Circle member in 2021.
Crider earned his bachelor’s degree in business from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington before moving back to his native Upstate to pursue a career in real estate appraising with his family’s business. In 2020, Crider was the company’s Top Producer and was part of the Chairman’s Circle in both 2020 and 2021.
