Joan Herlong & Associates|Sothetby’s International Realty has added experienced Realtor Kim Crain.
From 2006 until 2012, Crain worked with Coldwell, Banker Segars, McMillan Tiller & Associates, a real estate company in Florence. She then worked for luxury men’s store, Swatches and Rags, from 2014 until 2015. From 2016 until 2018, Caine worked for Handsome Properties in Charleston, and then began working with Daniel Ravenel|Sotheby’s International Realty, where she stayed until 2020.
A graduate of Winthrop University, she has earned real estate licenses in North and South Carolina. She was a member of the Rotary Club in Charleston; a volunteer with MUSC Children’s Cardiology; and served on the First Board of Directors for SNIP (Spay and Neuter Intervention of the Pee Dee). She was also a volunteer with McLeod Hospice House.
