Crew/Shift Leader
We are excited to be opening a new Mediterranean restaurant concept inside the heart of Greenville, SC

We will be holding open interviews for shift leader and crew member positions; info can be found at the bottom of this post but first a little about us – along with what we are looking for.

Our Mission is to serve the Highest Quality Mediterranean food, treat our customers and employees as family, while achieving the reputation of a restaurant that does it right. That means sometimes we need to roll our sleeves up, get the job done, but also have an extraordinary time while doing it.

As a Crew Member you set the tone for customer experience. This will include providing customers with the highest quality of products, and warm inviting service to keep them coming back. Our customers are our top priority, and if you follow our lead you are guaranteed to succeed.

Some responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming guests upon entering.
  • Providing fresh, high quality food.
  • Washing dishes and maintaining a clean, organized restaurant.
  • Complying to food safety regulations and maintaining clean personal hygiene.
  • Handling money at registers.

We pay based on experience, performance, and attitude. Up to a 14$ base salary for crew/shift leaders. Along with a tip program that is shared between all hourly employees. Potential for 20$ an hour with base salary + tips


  • High school Diploma or equivalent.
  • I9 documents.
  • Great attitude and work ethic.
  • Restaurant experience is a plus!

We will be holding open interviews the 16th through the 18th of March at:

5 North Laurens Street, Greenville SC, 29601


  • 8am – 11am Tuesday the 16th
  • 11am – 2pm the Wednesday the 17th
  • 5pm – 8pm the Thursday the 18th
