Georgetown County is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fleet Services Manager to lead and oversee our countywide fleet operations. This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in supporting public safety and essential services that serve our community every day.

As Fleet Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, performance, and lifecycle of a diverse fleet that includes general fleet vehicles, fire apparatus, ambulances, law enforcement vehicles, and heavy equipment. This position is vital to ensuring operational readiness across all county departments.

Key responsibilities include:
– Oversee all fleet maintenance operations and contracts
– Manage the County’s Capital Equipment Replacement Program (CERP)
– Analyze fleet performance, utilization, and lifecycle costs
– Coordinate with departments on vehicle and equipment needs
– Develop specifications, budgets, and replacement schedules
– Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
