About Whitten Regional Center
Whitten Regional Center is a residential facility of the South Carolina Department of Disabilities and Special Needs located in Clinton, SC serving residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Prepare trays from serving line, placing correct diet on correct tray. Monitor temperatures, appearance of food, and trays for accuracy. Cleans and calibrates thermometers.
Clean and sanitize work areas of the tray line and dish room / prep areas. Completes all assigned duties before end of shift. Assist in all areas of Food Service as needed.
Work in dish room as needed. Clean / sanitize utensils, pans, racks, carts, and dishwasher.
Stocks tray line and counts out items to be used for the next meal. Rotates stock. Checks labels on food items. Monitors for out of date items. Sets up work station in a timely manner.
Completes attendance sheets daily. Maintain break times in accordance with departmental rules.
Hygiene and sanitation according to DHEC and Food Service Department policies.
Prep foods, bread, and desserts as needed for use on the tray line. Bags / rotates milk and snacks as necessary.
Cross train to have the ability to work all areas of Food Service as direct.
