Position Overview

We are hiring team members to assist with daily operations, serve ice cream and specialty desserts, and deliver excellent customer service to our guests.

Available Shifts

• Day Shift: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM

• Evening Shift: 5:00 PM – 9:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Scoop ice cream, prepare sundaes, and build specialty dessert orders accurately and efficiently.

• Greet customers warmly and handle cash and card transactions at the register.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary shop environment, including counters, seating areas, and equipment.

• Assist with stocking ice cream tubs, toppings, and serving supplies.

• Provide friendly, attentive customer service to maintain our great store atmosphere.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Friendly, positive attitude with strong communication skills.

• Punctual, reliable, and able to work assigned shift times.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive scooping motions.

• Must follow proper food safety and sanitation guidelines.
