Who you are
You possess the ability to work effectively and collaboratively within staff and brokerage teams. You are a self-starter with a high degree of accuracy, organizational skills and attention to detail. You also demonstrate excellent customer service to internal and external clients and possess an open eagerness to new ideas and processes.
What you bring
1-3 years of marketing support services experience in commercial real estate or related professional services industry.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Smartsheets, Esri, Brandcast, Hubspot
Excellent communications skills, both oral and written.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.

What success looks like
You have strong planning and organizational skills and are highly effective at prioritizing tasks to see them through to completion.
You bring experience in producing content for company press releases and social media posts in adherence to Colliers brand standard.
You are confident in your ability to run in-house print requests for proposals, property flyers, postcards, business cards, etc.
You have experience with execution of marketing collateral, you bring a knowledge of marketing campaigns and innovative solutions to your clients.
You are confident in your ability to create/ prepare content for proposals through conducting research, preparing surveys, comparative analysis, lease documents, etc.
