Nexsen Pruet welcomes Craig Holderman as new Chief Operating Officer

Holderman’s extensive experience will help guide the Firm in reaching strategic goals

Nexsen Pruet is pleased to announce that Craig Holderman has joined the Firm as Chief Operating Officer (COO). In this role, Mr. Holderman will work closely with Nexsen Pruet’s Board of Directors and leadership to guide operations, strategic planning and execution.

Mr. Holderman brings over 30 years of experience in legal business administration to this new role. He most recently served as Chief Financial Officer at Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart, PC based in Greenville, S.C. Prior to joining Ogletree in 2013, Mr. Holderman spent 23 years at Stroock & Stroock & Lavan, LLP in New York. His tenure there culminated as the Firm’s Director of Financial Operations.

Mr. Holderman grew up in Ohio, and graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1985. In 1996, he earned a Master of Business Administration from Pace University in New York. He and his wife, Kate, reside in the Upstate of South Carolina.
