We are looking for energetic, reliable, and friendly Team Members to help us serve our famous homemade ice cream, custom milkshakes, and loaded sundaes to the Fountain Inn community.
Located in the heart of The Mill’s vibrant, family-friendly food hall, this role is perfect for anyone who loves working with people in a lively, upbeat environment.
Key Responsibilities

Provide Stellar Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, answer questions about our rotating homemade flavors, and help customers customize their perfect creations with our wide selection of toppings.

Prepare Menu Items: Hand-scoop ice cream into cones or bowls, blend thick milkshakes, and construct eye-catching sundaes accurately and efficiently.

Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the ice cream counter, display cases, prep areas, and guest seating areas spotless and sanitized in accordance with food safety standards.

Point of Sale Operations: Ring up orders accurately, handle cash and card transactions smoothly, and thank guests for their business.

Team Collaboration: Restock ice cream tubs, toppings, cones, and paper goods as needed, working closely with fellow team members to keep the line moving fast during peak busy hours.
Qualifications & Skills

Age Requirement: Must be at least 16 years old.

Positive Attitude: Outgoing, friendly, and eager to deliver excellent service even when the shop is busy.

Reliability: Dependable transportation and a commitment to showing up on time for scheduled shifts.
