Long John Silver’s in Mauldin is expanding its crew! We are looking for dependable, friendly, and energetic team members to join our kitchen and front-of-house staff. Key Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Greet guests warmly at the counter and drive-thru, take accurate orders using the POS system, and handle transactions with care.

• Food Preparation: Batter, fry, and assemble menu favorites—including our signature fish, chicken, hushpuppies, and sides—following strict quality and safety standards.

• Store Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized workstation, kitchen line, dining area, and drive-thru window.

• Teamwork: Support fellow crew members during peak lunch and dinner rushes to keep wait times low and food fresh.

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly attitude and strong communication skills

• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic

• Ability to work on your feet in a fast-paced kitchen environment

• Must be at least 16 years of age (minor work permits respected; student-friendly schedules available)

• Previous fast food or customer service experience is a plus, but not required—on-the-job training is provided!
