John Harris Body Shop to give away car to local veteran

April 6, 2021

John Harris Body Shops is partnering with GEICO and the National Auto Body Council to give away a vehicle on Thursday, April 8, 2021 at 1:00 pm at their newest location in Mt. Pleasant.

The Tri-County Veterans Support Network, an organization dedicated to serving the veterans in the community, helped match a North Charleston mother and former Marine that would greatly benefit from the gift of a reliable car with the collision repair specialist.

John Harris Body Shops is a family-owned and operated collision repair business with sixteen locations in the South Carolina and Augusta regions.

GEICO donates vehicles to the National Auto Body Council’s (NABC) Recycled Rides™ program to help individuals, families, or organizations in need of a hand. John Harris Body Shops and its employees have volunteered their time and labor to refurbish the vehicle to a like-new condition.
