John Orr elected Secretary for the Charleston chapter of CCIM

Colliers International’s John Orr, CCIM, has been elected Secretary of the Charleston chapter of the CCIM Institute. CCIM, or Certified Commercial Investment Member, is an organization that recognizes experts in the commercial and investment real estate industry and certifies members who have completed a rigorous program that includes education in financial analysis, market analysis, investment analysis and negotiations.
Orr has been a longstanding member of the Charleston chapter of CCIM and has previously served as a Board Member for the organization. He is a Vice President of the Colliers Retail Services Group, which specializes in the representation of retail clients throughout the coastal region, across South Carolina and nationally.
