WHAT: On Wednesday, October 9, SOL Southwest Kitchen & Tequila Bar and Tony Pope, State Farm Insurance of Summerville will have a joint ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate new renovations atTony Pope’s office as well as SOL’s third anniversary. The first ribbon-cutting ceremony begins with Tony Pope, State Farm Insurance Summerville as they showcase their new completion of the interior and exterior of the building, including Open House Tours. Followed by a ribbon-cutting ceremony for SOL to commemorate their third anniversary in Summerville. The two ceremonies will be followed by a joint reception at SOL, where refreshments will be served. SOL will be donating 15% of sales from Wednesday’s event to Dorchester Children’s Advocacy, who has been serving Berkley and Dorchester communities since 1997. The Dorchester Children’s Advocacy Center is dedicated to creating safe child-focused communities free of child abuse.
