Joseph Joe Walker, III Joins NAI Avant

COLUMBIA, SC – September 2, 2008 – The Columbia-S.C.-based commercial real estate firm of NAI Avant is pleased to announce that Joseph “Joe” Walker, III has joined the firm’s Columbia office as a business development associate and commercial real estate broker. His responsibilities will include corporate business development, transactional brokerage services, and commercial real estate development projects in markets served by the company. His brokerage specialties will include general brokerage, office properties, commercial buildings and acreage tracts.
Prior to joining the firm, Walker served as a captain in the U.S. Army and is a recipient of the Bronze Star, Purple Heart and Meritorious Service Medal. He received his B.A. in Business Economics from Wofford College in Spartanburg, S.C.
