Joyce Beach named 2020 Commercial Realtor of the Year by Charleston Trident Association of Realtors

CBRE’s Joyce Beach was recognized by the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors®️ (CTAR) as the 2020 Commercial Realtor®️ of the Year at their annual Commercial Investment Division’s luncheon on March 4. The award is given to commercial real estate professionals who contribute meaningfully as a member of CTAR as well as within their communities.

Beach is known throughout South Carolina for her extensive market expertise and deep understanding of her clients’ needs. She has represented landlords and tenants in a wide variety of retail leases, helping her clients from locally-owned shops to national retailers find their space in Charleston.

Beach has more than 35 years of commercial real estate experience. She is actively involved in multiple professional groups within the company, including the National Retail Services group and CBRE Women’s Network. She is also active in the Charleston community, where she has served as a board member for a Child’s Cancer organization, director for the March of Dimes Chef’s Dinner Fundraising Committee and co-chair for the most successful bone marrow registration drive in America.
