Just Say Something teams up with St. Mark United Methodist, Sans Souci Neighborhood Alliance; and Reedy Property Group for the first annual National Night Out

July 15, 2021

This year, Just Say Something (JSS) will join St. Mark United Methodist Church; the Sans Souci Neighborhood Alliance; and Reedy Property Group in hosting the first annual National Night Out in the Sans Souci Community on Tuesday, August 3, 2021 from 6:00pm – 8:00pm at St. Mark United Methodist Church, located at 306 North Franklin Road in Greenville, SC.

It will be a free event open to every resident in the community! There will be free food and other giveaways; a fire truck and police car; a bouncy house, a snow cone machine, and water balloons; face painting, chalk art, and other kids’ crafts; music; local vendors; and an onsite auction fundraiser to raise money to refurbish the St. Mark United Methodist Church gym floor! So, there will be fun for everyone!

National Night Out is a positive, community event to promote police and community partnerships to make communities and neighborhoods safer and more caring places to live and work while promoting stronger neighborhood bonds and building community spirit.

“Just Say Something is happy to be a part of this first annual National Night Out in Sans Souci,” said Carol Reeves, Executive Director of Just Say Something. “Hopefully, this event will help to build a relationship between community residents, local law enforcement, and community resource providers to keep our neighborhoods safe from addiction-related crime and other offenses.”
