Justice Appointed to ABA Committee

FLORENCE, SC –  Art Justice, a shareholder in the Florence office of Turner, Padget, Graham & Laney, P.A., has been appointed by ABA President William Hubbard to a three-year term on the ABA Standing Committee on Lawyers’ Professional Liability. Mr. Justice concentrates his practice in the areas of employment and professional liability.   The Committee on Lawyers’ Professional Liability sponsors semiannual National Legal Malpractice Conferences designed to assist lawyers in avoiding or dealing with professional liability claims, and provides information and assistance to state and local bar associations about developments in the professional liability of lawyers and liability insurance.
