Karst adds four new team members to fuel growth in finance, client strategy, design, and sales support

Karst, the Charleston-based creative agency known for turning branded merchandise into brand strategy, is leveling up with four new hires. These additions bring operational precision, account leadership, sharp design instincts, and sales support savvy to the growing team.

Jeffery Dalby joins as Accountant & Controller, the human equivalent of a balanced ledger. With experience overseeing financial operations for multiple $20M+ divisions at Carver Companies, Jeff brings clarity, control, and just the right amount of dry humor to Karst’s creative chaos. He holds a degree in Geography and Economics from the University of Wisconsin – Parkside, and yes, he likes Twin Peaks and tacos in equal measure.

Erin Simmons steps into the role of Account Manager, bringing 15+ years of agency experience and the calm, strategic energy of someone who’s led national accounts without breaking a sweat. A former VP of Education at Primacy, Erin is known for keeping clients calm, projects moving, and chaos in check. She’s powered by coffee, cozy sweatshirts, and two very spoiled dogs named Salty and Chewie.

Recely Jones, a rising senior at Auburn University, joins as a Multidisciplinary Design Intern. She brings industrial design know-how, branding talent, laser cutter skills, and the rare ability to do the worm backwards. She’s already making her mark on packaging, marketing, and product design projects—with equal parts curiosity, confidence, and sarcastic charm.

Bianca Bagtas rounds out the additions as Sales Support Specialist, backing up Karst’s sales team with organization, resourcefulness, and the stamina of someone who’s survived both cold calls and camping trips. With a background in customer service and lead generation, Bianca keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes and never turns down bibimbap—or a challenge.

“Each of these hires brings something we value deeply: clarity, creativity, and a sense of humor,” said Michelle Harris, Karst’s Founder and Visionary. “They’re helping us grow smarter, not just bigger.”
