Kate Dabbs promoted to President of TealHaus Strategies

With a range of clients spanning industries and locations across the United States, Greenville-based marketing firm TealHaus Strategies is rapidly growing and strategically building its team to prepare for the next phase of the company. Former Chief Strategist Kate Dabbs has been promoted to President of the company, tasked with managing the staff and day-to-day operations of the firm. She will also continue to lead the content creation and manage a small portfolio of the firm’s accounts. Lindsay Niedringhaus, the agency’s founder, will refocus her attention to business development and strategic direction of the company.

Kate brings 14 years of marketing, communication, operations, and management experience to the TealHaus team. Her past roles include: nonprofit communications and fundraising; higher education marketing, strategy, and events; freelance writing; and, serving as the marketing lead for a large real estate firm where she shepherded a massive rebrand initiative. She was a double major in English and Political Science at Furman University (cum laude) and received her Master’s with Distinction in Professional Communications from Clemson University.

Throughout her career, Kate has been a dedicated community volunteer and leader, currently serving as a member of the Greenville Community Foundation Board of Directors. She is a graduate of Leadership Greenville, Class 46, and has participated in leadership positions within the Junior League of Greenville, Opportunity Greenville, the YWCA of Greenville (when in existence), and YMCA Youth in Government Board. She is an active member of Village Anglican Church and has two young children, Gates (3) and Dorothy (10 months), with her husband Dixon.
