Kathleen Umholtz transitions to Client Services Coordinator role at Colliers International

Kathleen Umholtz has transitioned to a new role at Colliers International | South Carolina as a Client Services Coordinator, working alongside the Retail Services Team in the Columbia office.
As a Client Services Coordinator, her role includes preparing property marketing materials, developing proposals and performing administrative tasks. Additionally, she will continue to serve as a resource for the company’s information technology platform for Colliers’ four offices in South Carolina.
“Kathleen has shown an eagerness to learn and grow since starting at Colliers in 2017,” said Liz McCary, Vice President of Marketing for Colliers International | South Carolina. “We are thrilled to have her as part of the marketing team and know her dedication to our clients will serve Colliers well.”
Prior to joining Colliers, Umholtz was an administrative and marketing assistant for an architecture firm, working on RFPs, RFQs and presentations. She enjoys giving back to the Columbia community with her son by volunteering her time at Harvest Hope Food Bank.
