KBR Building Group’s Jonathan Shanus Earns LEED Green Associate Credential

GREENVILLE, SC – KBR Building Group’s Jonathan Shanus, project engineer, recently passed the LEED Green Associate exam administered by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). Jonathan joins an impressive group of colleagues (LEED Green Associates and LEED APs) who provide KBR clients with an expanded resource of knowledge in sustainable design and construction.

Based in the Greenville office, Jonathan’s first assignment with KBR Building Group was Ferguson Enterprises’ Midwest Distribution Center in Celina, Ohio. He is now working on a similar regional distribution center for Ferguson in Coxsackie, New York. Jonathan is a 2012 graduate of Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and a minor in Green Engineering.
