KDS Caine welcomes Luke Jameson as commercial real estate advisor

KDS Caine has expanded its commercial real estate advisory team with the addition of Luke Jameson, a Clemson University graduate whose background bridges construction management and real estate development.

As an Advisor, Jameson will help clients evaluate opportunities and navigate their commercial real estate needs, drawing on his understanding of how projects move from initial vision and site analysis through planning, construction and long-term use.

“Luke represents the next generation of commercial real estate talent in the Upstate,” said Mark Ratchford, President and Broker-in-Charge of KDS Caine. “He has invested in understanding the full development process and brings the curiosity, work ethic and commitment to relationships we value in our Advisors.”

Jameson holds a Master of Real Estate Development and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science and Management from Clemson University. He also completed internships with Greystar and Meritage Homes, gaining experience in project coordination, site planning and construction operations.

Originally from Charleston, Jameson has called the Upstate home for the past five years. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling and being with his family.
