KDS Commercial Properties, LLC celebrates serving the flourishing Upstate community for 20 years as a full-service brokerage, development, and investment firm with a strong team of specialists deeply committed to delivering an individualized level of service built on integrity, honesty and professionalism.
Founded in 2001 by Upstate native and real estate broker Michael Kiriakides, KDS Commercial Properties is an independent “boutique” real estate firm focused exclusively on the Upstate. Kiriakides and two partners, Mark Masaschi, CCIM and Mark Ratchford, MAI, work closely with a dedicated team of KDS brokers who specialize in land, industrial, retail, office, property management and advisory services with years of national, regional and local expertise.

KDS’ strong Greenville roots, solid personal relationships and a commitment to supporting Greenville’s smart and strategic growth were instrumental in Atlanta-based developers, Roca Point, being brought to the table and later selected to redevelop Greenville County Square, a high-profile 32-acre parcel in downtown Greenville currently being transformed with a $1 billion investment.

Larry Webb was Kiriakides’ first business partner, and he was instrumental in helping the firm grow in its early years and for establishing KDS’ support of ‘Meals on Wheels,’ a non-profit serving senior citizens with nutritious meals, personal interaction and independence. In 2007, Webb helped start ‘Meals on Wheels’ signature cycling event – Wheels for Meals Charity Ride – when he was board chair, which has grown into one of Meals on Wheels largest fundraisers and an event KDS’ employees actively support annually with a company bike team.
