KDS Commercial Properties raises almost $10,000 for MOW

GREENVILLE, SC – May 15, 2013 – The KDS Commercial Properties cycling team raised $9,635 for Greenville area senior citizens during the 2013 Wheels for Meals fundraising event.
The KDS/MOW Cycling Team took part in the April fundraising ride that helps Meals on Wheels of Greenville provide healthy and nutritious meals for almost 1,400 area seniors. Wheels for Meals is KDS’ signature charity and the firm serves as a corporate sponsor. Since the event’s 2008 inception, KDS has raised almost $56,000 for Meals on Wheels by participating in the event.
Approximately 225 cyclists took part in the event on April 27th, raising $105,000, which provided 21,000 meals to homebound clients in the community.
