Kiaris joins Morton & Gettys

Morton & Gettys is pleased that University of South Carolina Joseph F. Rice School of Law graduate Frosini Kiaris has joined the firm as an associate.

Her practice includes employment law issues such as litigation, policy consulting, and employment agreements and contracts. As a member of the Morton & Gettys Business & Corporate Law Team, she will assist clients with business entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, buy/sell agreements, succession planning, and other business contracts. She is currently licensed in North Carolina and her South Carolina license is pending.

During law school, Frosini served as a judicial extern to the Hon. J. Michelle Childs of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. Frosini also served as Articles Editor for the ABA Real Property, Trust and Estate Journal, the Associate Justice of Internal Competitions for the Moot Court Bar, a research assistant to Professor S. Alan Medlin, and a law clerk for the South Carolina Senate Judiciary Committee.

Frosini earned her bachelor’s degrees in political science and history from the University of South Carolina Honors College, where she graduated summa cum laude. She is also fluent in Greek.

Outside of work, Frosini enjoys traveling, working out, and spending time with her friends and family.
