Kibler obtains prestigious CCIM designation

H. Haskell Kibler, CPM, CCIM of Wilson Kibler was awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation by the CCIM Institute, one of the leading commercial real estate associations in the world, last month in Charleston, S.C.

Kibler earned the designation by passing the CCIM Comprehensive Examination, the final component in the designation process. According to CCIM Institute, fewer than 10 percent of commercial real estate investors and advisers hold the designation. Kibler also holds LEED Green Associate designation after demonstrating knowledge of environmentally conscious building practices and standards, and in 2015, he achieved the Certified Property Manager (CPM) credential from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).

The CCIM designation is awarded to commercial real estate professionals upon successful completion of a graduate-level education curriculum and presentation of a portfolio of qualifying experience. The curriculum addresses financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis, and investment analysis, the cornerstones of commercial investment real estate. CCIMs are recognized experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis. Kibler is one of four current Wilson Kibler associates with the CCIM designation.
