Kick 4 Kids Festival Coming to Laurens April 25 — and It’s Aiming for the World Record Books

April 20, 2026

Laurens County is about to kick things up a notch — literally. The first-ever Kick 4 Kids festival, billed as the World’s Largest Kickball Festival, is set for Saturday, April 25, at Collyar Park Drive in Laurens, and organizers are inviting the whole community to come out for a day of music, food, family fun, and friendly competition.

The event runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., with team registration opening at 9 a.m. General admission is $5, and the day is open to all ages.

Bridging the Gap Advocacy, the LDHS Baseball Alumni Association, and the YMCA are teaming up to host the fundraiser, which organizers are calling an opportunity to bring Laurens County families together around something simple and fun.

“Get your teams ready,” organizers say — and teams are encouraged to do just that. Co-ed teams of up to 20 players can register for $100, with ages spanning 2 to 100.

The festival lineup goes well beyond kickball. Activities include a Longest Kick Contest, Corn Hole Contest, Putting Contest, and a Bouncy House for the little ones. The LCLD Team will lead line dancing throughout the day, and attendees will have a chance to win free BIG AIR Jump Passes.

On the food front, concessions will offer hotdog plates, fish sandwiches, and Krispy Kreme donuts for purchase. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
