Kickstands for Kids and Jeep Invasion roll into BridgeWay Station this Saturday
September 2, 2026Hundreds of roaring motorcycles and custom off-road rigs will take over BridgeWay Station on Saturday, Sept. 12, 2026, for the 5th Annual Kickstands for Kids with a Jeep Invasion.
Hosted by Anthony Owens, Scotty McFadden Owens, and SC Moto Lawyer, the full-day community fundraiser runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Bridgeway Brewing Co. (610 BridgeWay Blvd., Mauldin). Held in memory of Janet Balcome, the annual event unites Upstate motorists, riders, and families to raise vital funds and support for children across the local community.
Scenic ride and roll-out schedule
Riders and drivers participating in the charity cruise can register on-site at the brewery grounds starting at 10 a.m. Registration fees are:

Motorcycles: $25

Passengers: $5

Jeeps: $30
The first wave of vehicles will roll out for the scenic Upstate charity ride at 11 a.m., with the final group returning to BridgeWay Station by 3:30 p.m. All registration proceeds go directly toward helping local children in need.
Live music, food, and family fun
Even for non-riders, the brewery piazza will serve as an all-day festival hub with entertainment for all ages:

Live Music: Upstate rock outfit Modern Relic will take the stage starting at 2 p.m.

Food & Craft Beer: Bridgeway Brewing Co. will pour house craft beers alongside full lunch and dinner menus.

Vendor Village: Local artisans, makers, and automotive vendors will have booths open throughout the morning and afternoon.
