COLUMBIA, SC – Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announceS the sale of a retail outparcel within Killian’s Crossing at the corner of Killian and Farrow Roads in Columbia, South Carolina.
Best Locations LLC purchased the 1.44 acre retail pad site from Crossing Development, LLC for $1,007,712 for development of an Applebee’s Restaurant.
