King Charles Inn announces Host a Hero this holiday season

King Charles Inn, a historic downtown hotel, announced a new Host a Hero contest, honoring an inspirational figure in the area. With nominations running between Nov. 21-Dec. 5 on the King Charles Inn Facebook page, the winner will receive a complimentary one-night stay, free breakfast and dinner gift certificate.

“From first responders to teachers, military and philanthropists, our community is full of individuals working tirelessly to make Charleston a better place,” said Maureen Sheridan, General Manager at King Charles Inn. “With the holidays upon us, we want to show our appreciation and encourage locals to nominate their family, friends, co-workers or acquaintances on our Facebook page.”

Nominees for Host a Hero must be residents in the Charleston Tri-County area and ideally display admirable qualities or have completed acts to positively affect others. The winner will be announced on Dec. 8 on King Charles Inn’s Facebook and to nominate an individual, visit www.facebook.com/KingCharlesInn.
