Kopiec joins Rogers Townsend

Rogers Townsend & Thomas, PC, has announced that Catherine Ava Kopiec has joined the Firm’s litigation team in Columbia.
Ms. Kopiec focuses her practice in the areas of civil litigation, insurance defense, and construction litigation. She is a 2012 graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law and earned her undergraduate degree at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Active in professional and community organizations, Ms. Kopiec serves on the Young Lawyers Steering Committee for DRI (Defense Research Institute). She is also the Legislative Reporting Liaison for South Carolina for DRI.
Ms. Kopiec was recently named to Columbia Business Monthly’s Best and Brightest 35 and Under. She is an active member of the Junior League of Columbia, where she serves on the Provisional Committee.
