April 24, 2019

Greenville’s leading software development company, Kopis, has hired Sarah Dant as an account manager.

Dant attended Clemson University for Business Management and brings a wide-range of experience into this new role. She started off her career with the Westin Poinsett as the social catering sales manager and from there went on to join the Rick Erwin’s Dining Group as director of sales. Before joining Kopis, Dant was the business development manager at Synnex.

“Sarah has a lot of experience within major Greenville business markets,” said Andrew Kurtz, president and CEO of Kopis. “We are excited to have her on the team and see what new ideas she brings to the table.”

Dant’s role in the community expands beyond her previous business positions. She has served as social chair on YEX Board as well as co-chair of the membership committee for the Commerce Club. Dant also has been a member of PULSE and its Pacesetters’ program, the South Carolina Restaurant and Lodging Association and secretary of the Greenville Little Theater. A few of Dant’s major accomplishments include being team leader for a Political Campaign in the 2016 primaries, a graduate of  the Successful Entrepreneurship Program Class of 2014 and a member of the Clyburn Fellowship Class of 2017.

“I am thrilled to be joining such a great company such as Kopis,” said Dant. “Kopis is involved with so many businesses in Greenville and I am grateful for this opportunity to work with this team and help Kopis continue to reach more clients throughout the Upstate.”
